Morris Furniture Co., Inc. Delivery Service is one of the best values we offer. Why go through all the trouble of finding a truck or trailer, and getting friends to help load and unload your new furniture? Let us bring it right to your door at a time of day convenient to you. We'll bring it in and set it up ready for you to use.
OUR EXPERT DELIVERY SERVICE
Our delivery service means much more than putting your furniture in a truck and bringing it to you. The Morris Quality Delivery Service includes:
Open and preparation of merchandise
Inspection of each item
Install glides, hardware, mechanisms, shelf pins, and cords
Delivery to your home
Placement of merchandise in your home
Standard installation in the home including mirrors, head boards, hutches, shelving, etc.
Removal of all packing material and cartons
Standard removal of bedding on a one for one basis
All balance due or financial arrangements must be completed before delivery can be set. There are NO C.O.D.'s Specific delivery dates are to be scheduled according to zip codes, your furniture will be delivered on those specific days only. We do not deliver pictures, lamps, or accessories.
Deliveries will be made at an additional charge. Delivery fees are not refundable. We cannot guarantee a specific time of day for your delivery.
In order to serve you better, we would appreciate a 48 hour notice for any changes to your sales order or delivery. An additional handling charge will be made if no one is home to receive scheduled delivery or a 48 hour notice is not given.
Should you need warranty repair service for your purchase in the furture, our delivery service includes pick up or home repair, where applicable, at no additional cost for one year after delivery.
Because we are committed to the highest quality service possible, our primary focus is on delivering and servicing orders in southwest Ohio and the immediate surrounding areas of Indiana and Kentucky. We do not currently deliver outside of our local area. If you are from a different part of the country or the world, we are sorry, but we can not assist you at this time. We recommend contacting a furniture retailer in your local area. If you saw something that you like on our website, you may be able to use our Manufacturer Website Links to find a local dealer. When picking up your furniture:
Inspect your furniture upon pick-up.
We cannont be responsible for damage that occurs after pick-up.
Customer responsible for all assembly of merchandise after pick-up.
Customer accepts full responsibility for securing mechanism in or to their vehicle.
We are not responsible for any damages to merchandise during customer transportation.
It is customer responsibility to return items to the pick-up center for service.
IN-HOME SERVICE COVERAGE FOR PICK-UP ITEMS
In-home Service Coverage is available at time of merchandise purchase for all merchandise that is picked up from our distribution center or showrooms.
First, a service technician will be sent out to inspect and attempt a repair.
We will provide pick-up and delivery service for warranty repair work.
In-home repairs if applicable.
One low fee covers all items on the order for one year from date of pick-up.
