finish meet your expectations. Remember to bring your room measurements to ensure the items selected meet your needs.

We guarantee your happiness. If you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us within seven days of your
pick-up or delivery. We will gladly help you make another selection or refund your furniture, accessory or electronics
purchase.* *You will be responsible for all delivery charges. Special orders, close- outs, floor models, as-is, final sale
or clearance merchandise is NOT included. You may make one alternate re-selection per purchase and merchandise needs to be
returned in its original condition. For mattresses, please see our “Sixty Night Sleep Guarantee.” See store for complete details.
Sixty Night Sleep Guarantee:
Morris Home Furnishings requires that you sleep on your newly purchased mattress for 60 nights to qualify for the
Sixty Night Mattress Guarantee towards a one-time reselection of another mattress. Optimum by Sealy has a 120 night
sleep guarantee. Your returned merchandise must be in the same new condition when returned. Mattress must be inspected
by our service department prior to return authorization. To cover handling, inspection and return, there will be a fee
of 10% of the purchase price, plus applicable delivery fees. Tempur-pedic mattresses qualify for the 90 Night Tryout,
which covers the mattress plus foundation. If you are not happy in the first 90 days after your purchase, please call
Guest Services and the staff will answer questions and resolve concerns. TEMPUR-Ergo adjustable bases (all models) and
pillows do not qualify.

We GUARANTEE that we will beat any local competitor’s price or
it’s FREE! We will NOT be undersold! We are so confident in our pricing that we encourage you to bring us any
competitor’s advertisement or price quote and we will beat their price on the identical item or it’s FREE! Purchase at
our showrooms with confidence and if you find a lower advertised price on the identical item before or 30 days after
pick-up or delivery we will beat the competitor’s price (or our own) or it’s FREE! All you have to do is bring us the
local advertisement and we will issue you a refund or credit your account.* *This guarantee does not apply to special
orders, close-outs, floor models, as-is, final sale, clearance, vendor rollbacks, special purchases or doorbusters. It
applies, one time, to our identical regular showroom items with the same terms, offers, conditions and finance offer.
Merchandise from buying clubs, auction sites and internet retailers is not applicable. When a competitor’s price is at the
Manufacturer’s Minimum Retail Price, the price will be matched to comply with the manufacturer’s policies. See store

Custom Special Order Merchandise:
Custom Special Order Merchandise is not returnable or subject to cancellation. If for any reason you fail to take
delivery of custom order merchandise or if the order is cancelled, a 50% charge will be forfeited. The 50% charge
will be calculated based on the merchandise total only; sales tax and care and maintenance plans costs are not included.
Custom order delivery time estimates are subject to availability of product from manufacturer. Custom order merchandise will be repaired by our craftsmen.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:
Any exchange or return for a refund of stock merchandise is subject to inspection by the Morris Service Department
to ensure merchandise is returned in its original condition. Original condition includes, but is not limited to: No
signs of wear or tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts. No returns on pillows or
mattress guards. All returned stocked merchandise must be accompanied by your sales receipt. Special order merchandise
will be repaired and not exchanged. All applicable delivery fees and care and maintenance plans are not refundable.
Merchandise and care and maintenance plans in your home longer than 7 days cannot be returned. Any authorized returns
after 7 days are subject to 25% charge. All refund checks are issued within 5 days by our Corporate Office. All refund
checks will be mailed from the Corporate Office two business days after authorization. Refunds on bankcards or Morris More
for You Cards are credited to the card used as payment. There is a $40 charge for any returned checks.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise prior to loading. Buyer will acknowledge receipt
of merchandise in satisfactory condition upon inspection. Buyer is responsible for all assembly of merchandise after
pick-up. Buyer accepts full responsibility for securing merchandise in or to their vehicle. Morris is not responsible for
any damage to merchandise during customer transportation. It is your responsibility to return items to the pick-up
center for service. Trip fee for in-home service applicable for merchandise picked up. Our merchandise is stored at a
central warehousing facility separate from our showroom locations.
All balances due or finance arrangements must be made before delivery can be set. There are NO
C.O.D. orders. Upon notification that your merchandise has been received in the warehouse, your furniture must be
scheduled for delivery or pick-up within 21 days. In order to serve you better, we would appreciate a 48-hour notice
for any changes to your sales order or delivery. An additional handling charge will be made if no one is home to receive
scheduled delivery. Deliveries will be made at an additional charge. Delivery fees are not refundable. Morris cannot
guarantee time stops. Morris does not perform DVD player hook-ups, Blu-Ray hook-ups, Home Theater System hook-
ups, full cable hook-ups or TV and DVD demonstrations. However, our Electronics Department will be happy to answer
your questions. An adult must be home to accept delivery. Our delivery team is NOT PERMITTED to move or handle
your own furniture. Please have your room and space ready.
Errors on Our Website:
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors
will be corrected where discovered, and Morris Furniture Co., Inc reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to
correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order
has been confirmed. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return
Policy. We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please notify us if you
find an error, and we will do our best to correct it. We endeavor to list complete and accurate web data as possible.
However, due to the sheer quantity of information, complex computer integration, human error and the automated
nature of the web, web content may sometimes be inadvertently erroneous. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause and ask that you contact us directly or visit our stores to confirm information about pricing, color, features,
dimensions, availability and special order lead times.
Morris Home Furnishings, in partnership with Guardian, is proud to offer you a comprehensive One Plan
Furniture Care and Protection Program. Covering accidental damage to fabric, leather, and wood finish. The One Plan
provides you with an easy way to receive service on your furniture if it is accidentally damaged. Some exclusions apply,
see policy for details.
Note: Dye lots on fabrics, carpet samples and swatches may differ in shade from the products actually delivered by
the manufacturer. Morris Home Furnishings is not responsible for any cleaning, dye lot variances, or pilling of fabrics
and carpets. Leather is a natural material; surface marks and variances in color show that the leather is genuine top
grain. Morris cannot be responsible for these natural variances in leather. Marble, granite, slate and stone are natural
products and prone to variations in color, pattern and density. We cannot be responsible for these natural variances.
No agreement, guarantee, representation or warranty by an employee of Morris Furniture Co., Inc. shall bind Morris
Furniture Co., Inc. unless in writing. This contract contains the entire agreement between Morris Furniture Co., Inc. and

Morris Home Furnishings does not remove or exchange used furniture but if your furniture is in good condition, charities such as Habitat for Humanity Re-Store and St Vincent de Paul will accept your donations.
