Children’s Hospitals
With children and families at the core of Making Homes Great, we prioritize supporting local pillars that promote the health and well-being of these populations. In 2022, in honor of our 75th Anniversary, we kicked off our first ever Giving Tuesday campaign to raise funds for local children’s hospitals in our markets. For every purchase of $750 of more during the 2022 holiday season, we donated $75 to Dayton Children’s, Cincinnati Children’s, and Nationwide Children’s hospitals for a total of $37,950 in donations supporting behavioral health programs and services provided to the children of our communities.
Annually, Morris Furniture Company has been the presenting sponsor of the Gem City Jam golf outing benefitting Dayton Children’s. Since the event’s inception in 2007, we have raised over $2,300,000 with the support of furniture industry and media partners as well as Dayton area businesses.
Cincinnati Children’s services our Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky communities.
In 2018, in partnership with Paula Deen and Universal Furniture, we sponsored a meet and greet brunch fundraiser raising over $10,000 in donations for Nationwide Children’s hospital.
