come say hello!

Morris Furniture Co., Inc. and our retail stores Morris Home, Ashley HomeStore, Morris Outlet and Ashley Outlet are great places to work. We are a family of diverse individuals working together and supporting each other to help Make Homes Great for every customer we serve. We value a culture of diversity. We provide a work environment where all associates feel welcomed, respected, engaged, and are given opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. We believe in the diversity of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, experiences, and the inclusion of people regardless of their race, color, sex, language, national origin, religion, orientation or age. By embracing the principles of diversity and inclusion our culture is strengthened and our workplace is more dynamic. We believe that our diverse team is what allows us to continue to innovate, grow, and expand our business.

GRADUATE TO A LUCRATIVE CAREER:

Working in the home furnishings industry is much different than any other retail function. We’re building relationships with our customers. Many times, we are helping families improve their homes over several decades. It’s about establishing trust through genuine relationships—and creating loyal customers who come back for your service time and time again.

COMMUNITY:

We take pride in being a part of the communities we serve. As a local business, we understand the importance of giving back. We support numerous community organizations that provide health and education services to children as well as supporting numerous local arts organizations and athletic programs at The Ohio State University, Wright State and University of Dayton. Through our Kids Dream Too program we have helped provide over 12,000 beds to kids that previously were sleeping on the floor, on a chair or with another family member. Together with Secret Smiles of Dayton, St. Vincent de Paul of Cincinnati and the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio we have made a big difference in the lives of many children. We encourage associates to volunteer for our Day to Dream events where beds are provided to children so they have a safe place of their own so they can dream big.
