After Purchase Price Guarantee

If within 45 days of your furniture or mattress purchase, you find the exact same item (brand, model, and terms—including financing, sales tax, gift cards, and delivery) advertised by us, a local stocking dealer, or an online competitor, simply submit a Price Guarantee request to ___________________ or bring the documentation to the showroom where you made your purchase. We’ll credit you more than 100% of the difference toward your next purchase.

Please provide the competitor’s advertisement and a copy of your Morris Home, Ashley, or Better Sleep Shop receipt for verification.

Once we receive your request, our _______________________ department will review the details. If everything checks out, we’ll adjust the price or issue a credit to your account within 10 business days. The competitor’s advertisement must meet our Terms and Conditions. A "local stocking dealer" refers to a physical store located in the same county as our showrooms. Online-only retailers are excluded. Your credit will be valid for 120 days from the date of your claim for a future purchase at any Morris Furniture Company showroom.

Terms & Conditions

• Lowest Price Guarantee will apply when you find a lower price on any exact item of the same brand, model number, options and fabric/material.
• Price matches are made with the same conditions of sale at an authorized local or online retailer.
• Price matches require sales tax, same delivery type and delivery cost to the customer's door.
• When matching "pick-up" pricing, the competitor must have a pick-up location within 50 miles of the purchase store and delivery areas in which we serve.
• Price matches require documentation with a printed copy of the website, original ad, printout, or photo.
• The documentation must include the dates of the offer.
• Handwritten price quotes do not qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee.
• Lowest Price Guarantee items must be available from the competitor to ship to the customer’s location.
• Competitors’ pricing is subject to audit verification to be completed within four (4) business days.
• Our price guarantee excludes the following products: close-outs, clearance, floor samples, discontinued, one-of-a-kind, as-Is, special purchase, vendor rollback, used, refurbished, open-box, going out of business and damaged merchandise. Discounts available to loyalty club members and warehouse clubs that require an annual membership fee are excluded.
• Custom order products that are specifically configured to customer preference are excluded from this price guarantee.
• Items with advertised price errors or misprints are excluded.
• Unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplace sellers including Facebook Marketplace, eBay, auction sites or closeout/discount sites as well as third-party sellers on Amazon.com and similar websites are excluded from this policy.
• Premium mattresses and select furniture brands may only be sold at Manufacturer’s Advertised Price (MAP). We will match these items at the MAP price.

This cannot be combined or layered with any other guarantee or exchange policy
